Email exchanges. This website has no form. When you write to us, we process the data you send us (name, contact details, message content) solely to answer your request and, where relevant, to prepare a proposal. This processing is based on steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract or, failing that, on our legitimate interest in answering the enquiries we receive. This data is kept for no more than three years from our last exchange, unless a contractual relationship follows. It is neither sold nor transferred; only our email provider, IONOS SE (Montabaur, Germany), has access to it as a processor, within the European Union.

Technical data. To deliver and secure the website, our host Cloudflare processes technical connection data (IP address, browser type, pages requested) on the basis of our legitimate interest in ensuring the security and availability of the website. This data may be processed in the United States; this transfer is covered by Cloudflare's participation in the EU‑US Data Privacy Framework and by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Cookies. This website sets no cookies and uses no audience measurement tool, tracker or third-party content. No consent is therefore required.

Your rights. Under the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, as well as the right to set instructions regarding the fate of your data after your death. To exercise them, write to contact@axiomata.fr. If, after contacting us, you consider that your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr), or with the supervisory authority of your country.
